Q1. How could I do if the screen is shown "dis" Wording?

A1.

Sensor is disconnected from the oximeter. Please check the sensor connection to the oximeter.

Q2. How could I do if the screen is shown "FI" Wording?

A2.

Pulse signal required for measurement is not being received. Please check that the sensor is properly attached to the patient.

Q3. How could I do if the test results have not been transmitted to the remote device?

A3.

Communication has been interrupted or Bluetooth pairing has not been established. Please verify the receiving device is set for Bluetooth communication, or retest.

Q4. How could I do if there is no display when device is activated?

A4.

Maybe the batteries are weak. Batteries are not installed or batteries incorrectly installed. Please replace the batteries, or ensure the batteries are installed correctly.

Q5. How could I do if SpO2 value is erratic, intermittent, or incorrect?

A5.

Maybe there is poor patient perfusion, or patient motion. Please reposition the sensor, or patient must remain still to obtain an accurate measurement.

Q6. How could I do if the pulse rate is erratic, intermittent, or incorrect?

A6.

Maybe the sensor incorrectly positioned, or patient motion. Please reposition the sensor. Or patient must remain still to obtain an accurate measurement.

Q7. How could I do if there is no pulse shown on the bar graph?

A7.

Please check if the sensor is incorrectly positioned on the patient. Or there is defective sensor or patient cable. Please reposition the sensor. And try a new sensor or contact customer service.
